Influenced by colours seen inside and outside I added a long line every day to a large roll of paper, using inks and masking tape. I like the clarity of the lines in connection with the very slight variations in direction and size. And I like the way the roll, no complete stands up on it’s own and can be pulled out to make a screen. My plan is to find a way of showing it so that you can view four or five colours at a time, as that is how it was made and each colour is influenced by the colours immediately before and after it. This is on a list of things I would like to resolve about the whole twelve year project!
